This is a role for someone whose right brain works equally as well as their left, someone who can understand the point of view of a Creative Director but thinks like a Finance Manager, someone who can visualize a concept and articulate an acquisition strategy. We're currently seeking a forward-thinking, experienced Marketing Manager to plan key initiatives, develop product ideas, analyze market trends, oversee customer-facing marketing collateral, and everything else related to the brand image. You'll be part of an innovative team that's always looking to make each marketing campaign and better than the last, and one that thrives on consideration, thoughtfulness, collaboration and hard work.

Job duties include:

• Programming & community outreach
• Partner and event coordination
• Coordinating activations with local partners
• Being on-site to support activation
• Overseeing content capture at event
• Website management
• Adding and building out events
• Brand application management
• Yelp, TripAdvisor & listing management
• OTA content and offer updates
• Weekly meeting agenda management
• Creating and updating presentations
• Sending agendas & recaps
• Email newsletter management
• Creative requests
• Photoshoot planning (mood boards & shot lists)
• Building mood boards & shot lists
• Coordinating with on-property team
• Assisting on-site at photoshoot with menu items/props/filming signage
• Collateral management and updates
• Monthly reporting
• Media relations support
• Influencer partnership coordination
• Assisting with special welcome amenities
• Marketing plan development
• Marketing asset management

About you... Passionate about hospitality and marketing and a minimum of 4 years of similar work experience. Advanced knowledge of hospitality marketing, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance. Excels at communication, both verbal and written. Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a busy operation.
