JOB OVERVIEW
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing social media strategy, community engagement, and multi-format content production across multiple hospitality brands (B2B and B2C). This role owns day-to-day content creation, editorial calendar management, social search optimization, influencer partnerships, brand reputation management, and community management. Such a key position will drive brand visibility, strengthen audience trust, enhance local discoverability, and support revenue growth through strategic social media presence. This role works closely with the marketing team and cross-functional partners to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all channels.

Physical, Mental and Environmental & Technical Demands
Fast-paced environment, multiple tasks to be handled under time constraint. Must be able to bend, crouch, kneel, and twist in the work area. Must be able to maneuver around property. Must be able to sit, walk and stand for prolonged periods of time. Must be able to operate a computer, telephone, and copier. Must have manual dexterity to operate all office equipment.
