Hilco Vision is currently seeking a talented Marketing Development Manager to drive growth in the general eye care market. This is a high-impact role for a results-oriented professional with strong marketing experience and deep knowledge of eye care channels.
The Marketing Development Manager will serve as a key partner and liaison to customers and internal stakeholders. This role is essential for demonstrating strategic thinking, effective communication, and strong business acumen while supporting our broad portfolio of brands. The ideal candidate will leverage industry knowledge and insights to craft compelling marketing strategies, set ambitious goals, and balance customer and team needs effectively.

A little bit about you :
- 35+ years of marketing experience in eye care, optometry, ophthalmology, or related healthcare sectors
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience developing packaging and promotional materials with relevant approved claims across multiple channels and outlets
- Self-starter with a collaborative approach
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field (Master's a plus)
