Marketing Manager or Marketing Director (DOE)
Role and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement the B2B marketing and communication strategy for Phihong on a global level.
- Analyze marketing data to identify key insights, market trends, and best practices to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen the Phihong brand message in the power supply market.
- Lead product marketing strategy, working closely with sales to identify and attract the right customers for new products.
- Define product positioning and ensure alignment with the needs of target audiences.
- Work closely with global teams to ensure successful implementation of marketing strategies.
- Oversee integrated communications, media strategy, and plans.
- Develop and manage marketing materials, including corporate and product-related collateral, website content, and social media assets.
- Manage executive communication for the senior leadership team, including presentation materials.
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal sales teams and communicate with sales leaders about event implementation.
