Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Sr. Marketing Manager - Fintech - this is a fully remote role for US EST based candidates. Salary range : 160-220K yearly.

JOB SUMMARY

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager with deep expertise in the fintech or crypto / blockchain industry with proven success in navigating regulated markets. This role will lead our marketing strategy, ensuring compliance with complex regulations while driving brand growth, demand generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a strong understanding of financial technology, stablecoins, and how to build trust in emerging markets.This will begin as an individual contributor position with the opportunity to grow into a management position, as scope increases.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Planning & Leadership

Develop, implement, and oversee multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business objectives in the fintech, crypto and payments sector.

Lead brand positioning, messaging, and thought leadership to build credibility in a regulated environment.

Work closely with product, compliance, and sales teams to ensure go-to-market strategies address both market opportunities and regulatory obligations.

Campaign Development & Execution

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, and PR channels, with a focus on trust, education, and regulatory adherence.

Optimize campaigns through data-driven insights, A / B testing, and performance tracking.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

Monitor marketing performance using analytics tools, delivering insights for continuous improvement.

Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on campaign outcomes, lead generation, and conversion rates, with compliance considerations.

Stay up to date on crypto market trends, competitive landscape, and evolving regulatory requirements globally.

Proficiency in marketing analytics, CRM, and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
