The Oncology platform is a key business of the Peripheral Intervention (PI) business unit. Offering a comprehensive portfolio that includes market leading products such as Biopsy, Ports, and Drainage solutions, Oncology is dedicated to delivering operational excellence worldwide.

The Marketing Operations function serves as a critical linkbridging customer insights into actionable strategies that drive operational effectiveness and prioritization. This Sr. Manager will lead a team dedicated to marketing operational excellence across global commercial teams. This is a new role within the Oncology platform, and this person will work with the Director of Marketing to stand up this new pillar.

Success in this role requires strong collaboration with product marketing, supply chain, manufacturing, and other cross-functional partners to drive alignment and results. The ideal candidate is a proactive, strategic leader with exceptional cross-functional communication skills and a strong command of Integrated Business Planning (IBP), product lifecycle management, and process development. This role is pivotal in aligning operations with commercial goals and enabling scalable, sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the Global IBP Lead for the Oncology Platform, driving strategic alignment across commercial and operational teams.
• Represent Oncology in IBP forums, partnering closely with the IBP lead to enhance planning processes and execution.
• Collaborate with regional commercial and supply chain teams to ensure forecast accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
• Partner with operation and manufacturing teams to optimize prioritization and planning for efficiency and responsiveness.
