Marketing Specialist
The Marketing Specialist supports the retail marketing organization by driving marketing operations, coordinating cross-functional projects, and supporting digital initiatives that enhance consistency and execution across retail locations. This role serves as a central operational partner, ensuring alignment between creative, brand, digital, and field teams while maintaining visibility into marketing activities, performance, and process efficiency across the retail network.
Responsibilities
Serve as a central resource for retail marketing operations by supporting daily team needs, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, maintaining project workflows, and ensuring the efficient execution of ongoing programs.
Provide end-to-end support across campaigns, communications, vendor engagement, and administrative processes to keep teams aligned, organized, and progressing toward shared objectives, including initiatives supporting digital and organic growth.
Serve as a key liaison between web, SEO, and external vendor teams to support website and search optimization initiatives. Responsibilities include monitoring performance trends, managing content updates, coordinating optimization efforts, and ensuring all digital content remains accurate, consistent, and aligned with evolving marketing strategies.
Manage social media planning, scheduling, and content coordination across all retail channels in partnership with Brand Marketing, creative teams, and external vendors.
Coordinate media, creative, and vendor workflows by managing timelines, facilitating communication between internal teams and external partners, tracking deliverables, and ensuring all assets and initiatives across digital and organic channels are aligned with campaign objectives and executed according to plan.
Support marketing engagement across retail locations by reviewing meeting insights, managing follow-up actions, coordinating local market initiatives, and translating market-specific feedback into clear, actionable tasks that support marketing, operational priorities, and organic growth efforts.
Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support the evolving needs of the retail marketing operations team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or business.
23 years of hands-on marketing experience with a strong track record of managing projects from concept to completion.
Deep understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO and social media strategy.
Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy across multiple concurrent projects.
Strong project management capabilities, including planning, prioritization, timeline management, and cross-functional coordination.
Highly organized, with the ability to thrive in both structured workflows and rapidly evolving environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Collaborative, energetic, business-minded, and able to think both strategically and creatively in a dynamic team setting.
