We're looking for a dynamic, hands-on marketing professional who thrives on creating compelling content and bringing marketing ideas to life.

As the Marketing Specialist, Content and Campaign Execution, you'll play a key role in developing and executing marketing initiatives that support brand visibility, product storytelling, and overall market presence. This role is centered on creative execution, turning strategy and messaging into high-quality visual, written, and video content across a variety of channels.

You'll collaborate closely with sales, product, creative, and digital teams to produce and deploy marketing assets across email, web, social media, events, and other external-facing platforms, ensuring campaigns are engaging, consistent, and aligned with brand standards.

Marketing Content Production

  • Serve as a core content producer responsible for creating high-quality marketing assets across graphics, collateral, email, web, social, and video
  • Turn marketing direction, campaign briefs, and product messaging into polished, ready-to-deploy content
  • Develop sales enablement materials including one pagers, brochures, presentations, and product sheets
  • Execute content quickly and accurately while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Campaign Execution & Deployment

  • Build and prepare campaign assets for use across email, web, social media, and events.
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns by ensuring all required content and deliverables are created on time.
  • Coordinate with digital and marketing teams to publish, launch, and update content across platforms.
  • Assist in supporting trade shows and events with pre-show, onsite, and post-show materials.

Creative Development & Brand Consistency

  • Design and update marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
  • Produce visually engaging content that aligns with established brand guidelines and campaign direction.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all outputs.
  • Manage multiple content requests and priorities in a fast paced environment.

Execution Excellence & Throughput

  • Operate as a high-output marketing resource capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Take direction and independently execute with minimal oversight.
  • Maintain organized workflows and version control across all deliverables.
  • Continuously improve speed, quality, and efficiency of content production.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and digital teams to deliver required assets.
  • Incorporate feedback quickly and effectively to refine deliverables.
  • Support ongoing marketing initiatives with a focus on execution over strategy.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-oriented team environment.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a marketing, content, or creative production role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong ability to create content across formats, including design, copy, and basic video.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
  • Demonstrated ability to take direction and turn it into polished, ready-to-use marketing assets.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a high-output environment.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute efficiently.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and incorporating feedback quickly.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting marketing teams in manufacturing, industrial, or technical B2B environments.
  • Familiarity with basic content publishing tools such as CMS platforms, email marketing systems, or social scheduling tools.
  • Experience with video editing, motion graphics, or multimedia content creation.
  • Exposure to project management tools such as Asana or similar workflow platforms.
  • Working knowledge of analytics or performance tracking to support content improvement.
