Marketing Manager & Events Coordinator 📍 Corbin, KY 💼 Bathformation Position Overview Bathformation is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager & Events Coordinator to lead and execute our local marketing initiatives in the Corbin, KY market.
This role is responsible for developing and implementing lead generation strategies, managing trade shows and events, overseeing digital marketing efforts, enhancing social media engagement, and ensuring consistent brand visibility across all marketing channels.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized marketing professional with experience in event management, lead generation, social media marketing, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities Event Marketing & Lead Generation Research, secure, and manage local trade shows, home shows, community events, and vendor opportunities Negotiate contracts and sponsorship agreements with event organizers Develop and maintain an annual marketing and event calendar Recruit, hire, train, and manage event marketing representatives Schedule and oversee event staff and promotional teams Coordinate booth setup, merchandising, and event logistics Generate, track, and manage leads from all events Schedule in-home consultations from event-generated leads Follow up on contest entries and event prospects to maximize appointment conversions Analyze event performance and provide regular reporting on ROI and lead generation metrics Marketing Management Develop and execute local lead generation and customer acquisition strategies Manage the company's online presence and local digital marketing efforts Oversee and enhance social media channels, including content planning, posting, engagement, and performance tracking Coordinate local advertising campaigns and promotional initiatives Monitor marketing analytics and recommend improvements to increase brand awareness and lead generation Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing platforms Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with company growth objectives Qualifications 3+ years of experience in marketing, event coordination, lead generation, or related fields Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies Experience planning and managing trade shows, events, or community outreach programs Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills Ability to recruit, train, and motivate team members Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and measure marketing performance Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds Must be available to work weekends and attend events as needed Experience in home improvement, remodeling, retail marketing, or direct-to-consumer marketing is preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Performance-based bonus opportunities Career advancement opportunities with a rapidly growing company Professional development and leadership growth opportunities Supportive team environment Apply Today If you're a creative, organized, and driven marketing professional who thrives on generating leads, managing events, and building brand awareness, we encourage you to apply and become part of the Bathformation team.
