Resource Innovations is seeking a Marketing Lead to join our growing team in Los Angeles, Salt Lake City, or Denver to support the planning, management, and execution of integrated marketing programs for utility clients and energy transformation initiatives. This role serves as a key day-to-day partner to clients, program teams, and internal marketing resources, helping ensure marketing campaigns and projects are delivered on strategy, on time, and with measurable impact.

As a Marketing Lead you will oversee the execution of a wide range of marketing activities including customer engagement campaigns, email marketing, paid media, events, creative development, digital marketing, website projects, and stakeholder communications. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to manage priorities, coordinate resources, monitor performance, and drive successful project delivery.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong account management skills with exceptional project management abilities. The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Agency experience is preferred.
