Locations : Based out of Flower Mound, TX location but would need to travel to Justin, Haslet, Northlake, and Lewisville areas.
Hours : 7a-3 : 30p / M-F
Job Description :
This is a temp to Hire position that reports directly to the Regional Facilities Account Manager. A company van will be provided along with basic tools and a uniform.
Responsibilities :
- Perform all required electrical needs across assigned buildings in the DFW market.
- Ability to utilize a computerized maintenance management system that can produce and track work orders, preventative maintenance and track facility assets.
- Bend and run conduit.
- Pull wire.
- Terminate panels, fixtures, plugs, and switches.
- Install lighting fixtures
- Maintain accurate records of work using a computer-based ticketing system.
- Assist with other maintenance related duties as assigned.
Skills / Qualifications :
Required Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent.
