Job description

Position Overview

Lux Digital Marketing LLC is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Google Ads Media Buyer to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns for clients across multiple industries.

This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of Google Ads campaigns, performance optimization, reporting, and driving measurable ROI for client accounts. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and experienced in managing advertising budgets while delivering consistent performance improvements.

The Google Ads Media Buyer will work closely with account managers, creative teams, and leadership to ensure campaigns are executed successfully and aligned with client goals.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimizations
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
  • Optimize bidding strategies, ad copy, landing page performance, and conversion tracking
  • Scale successful campaigns while maintaining target KPIs and ROI goals
  • Identify performance issues and implement corrective actions quickly

Performance Reporting & Analysis

  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights
  • Prepare and present campaign performance reports internally and to account managers
  • Monitor key metrics including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates
  • Track and maintain accurate conversion tracking and attribution setups
  • Continuously test and improve campaign performance through A/B testing and experimentation

Client & Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with account managers and internal teams to align campaigns with client objectives
  • Support monthly reporting preparation and strategy discussions
  • Communicate campaign updates, opportunities, and challenges clearly with internal stakeholders
  • Stay updated on Google Ads platform changes, trends, and best practices

Performance Expectations

Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads management experience
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads platform and campaign structures
  • Proven experience managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns
  • Experience with conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills required
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

  • Slack, Zoom, and project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Trello)

Compensation
  • Performance bonuses and advancement opportunities may be available based on campaign performance and overall results

Work Schedule & Location
  • Full-Time Position
  • 100% Remote (Overseas)
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday
  • Hours: 10:00 AM EST – 5:00 PM EST
  • Candidates must be consistently available during standard EST business hours

Employment Status

Employment with Lux Digital Marketing LLC is at-will, meaning either the employee or the company may terminate employment at any time, with or without cause or notice, in accordance with applicable law.
