Your Responsibilities

• Identify potential healthcare candidates using our innovative platform combined with your own network
• Initiate contact with prospective candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations
• Follow up on leads to keep their interest alive and facilitate the hiring journey
• Ensure records are maintained accurately and updated in our Applicant Tracking System
• Enjoy commissions based on the meetings you set, interviews conducted, and hires resulting from your leads

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation Structure

As this is a performance-driven, commission-only position, there's no cap on your earnings or limits on your success. Your income is linked to the genuine value you generate:
