Join our dedicated outpatient team at the Shreveport St clinic, where patient-centered care is our top priority. In this role you will directly report to the Center Administrator and play an important part in delivering high-quality clinical support to our patients.
As a Medical Assistant, you will perform a variety of clinical responsibilities, including:
Phlebotomy experience
Medication/vaccine administration experience
At least 1 year of MA experience
Value Based Care experience including knowledge of HEDIS, CPT/ICD coding, and CAHPS/HOS Patient Experience.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish - must pass proficiency exam prior to foreign language communication
Onsite, Full-time, 40 hours per week
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Pay Range: $43,000 - $56,200 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
