Robert Half is partnering with an innovative client in the tech industry to find a skilled and motivated receptionist to be the face of their organization. Key responsibilities include serving as the first point of contact for all visitors, guests, and employees, delivering exceptional customer service. Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner. Manage incoming mail and deliveries, ensuring accurate routing to the appropriate departments / persons. Coordinate scheduling and handle meeting room logistics for internal and external events. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and reception area. Assist in administrative duties such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and filing documents. Support other departments with ad hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements : Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with technical tools is preferred. Professional demeanor and ability to adapt to a dynamic workplace environment. Strong multitasking and time-management skills. Experience in the tech industry or interest in tech trends is a plus.
