job_description.job_card.job_descriptionThe LifeStudents Director is responsible for all aspects of ensuring the spiritual growth and development of students from 6th through 12th grade. Work with Campus Pastor, Lead LifeStudents Director, and other LifeStudents Directors / Coordinators to develop, implement, and execute curriculum, events, strategy, and vision for LifeStudents Design and implement engaging programs, events, and LifeGroups that promote spiritual growth and community among students Recruit, train, and mentor LifeStudents Serve Team members to effectively serve in the student ministry Foster strong connections with students, providing pastoral care and guidance as they navigate their faith journey Collaborate with parents and families, offering resources and support to encourage their involvement in the ministry Plan and execute worship services, special events, and service projects that enrich students’ spiritual lives Maintain consistent communication with students, families, and church leadership regarding ministry activities and opportunities Monitor and assess the effectiveness of programs, gathering feedback to continuously improve and adapt the ministry to meet students’ needs QUALIFICATIONS : Mature Christian who calls LifeFamily Church home and supports the church’s culture, vision, and values Bachelor’s degree in ministry, education, or a related field preferred Previous experience in youth ministry or a similar ministry role Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to connect with and inspire students from diverse backgrounds A deep commitment to the mission and values of LifeFamily HOURS : Monday-Thursday 9 : 00 am-4 : 30 pm Sunday 8 : 00 am-2 : 00pm Participate in church services, All Staff events, and other events as needed OTHER INFORMATION : LifeFamily Church is an equal employment opportunity employer to the extent required by law applicable to religious institutions.
