Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to grow our client base and increase service bookings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, automotive knowledge, and a consultative sales approach to match clients with appropriate detailing packages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their vehicle care needs.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle assessments to recommend appropriate services.
  • Explain detailing processes, benefits, and pricing options.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with individual and commercial clients.
  • Create tailored maintenance plans for clients' vehicles.
  • Coordinate with technical staff regarding special client requests.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of sales experience (automotive industry preferred).
  • Strong understanding of auto detailing services and products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills for CRM management.
  • Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in automotive sales or detailing.
  • Knowledge of high-end vehicle care requirements.
  • Experience with sales CRM systems.
  • Background in customer service.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Weekly Base Pay.
  • Commission structure (6% of sales).
