Join us at Vancouver Wellness Studio as a Naturopathic Doctor and our Medical Director, where you’ll lead with passion and expertise in our integrative healthcare environment. This pivotal role blends patient care with clinical leadership, ensuring our commitment to evidence-based and compassionate medicine. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals, including Naturopathic Doctors, Acupuncturists, Psychotherapists, and Massage Therapists, all dedicated to holistic, patient-centered care. Your leadership will inspire a practice that prioritizes mind-body wellness and whole-person care, creating meaningful impacts on the community we serve.

As a valued member of our leadership team, you'll receive a competitive compensation package, which includes revenue-based earnings and minority ownership, alongside paid time off and holidays. We also provide full-time administrative staff, a Medical Assistant to support our Medical Team, as well as full-time housekeeping.

$90,000 - $150,000 yearly

• Develop and implement clinical protocols that align with evidence-based practices and holistic wellness.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to foster a cohesive and supportive team environment.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting professional growth and development.
• Engage with the community to promote the clinic's services and holistic health initiatives effectively.
• Oversee and grow our IV Nutrient Medicine program.
• Oversee and mentor Resident ND's if and when we have Residents on staff.
• Maintain healthcare safety and compliance.
• Lead + Inspire, and model a value in holistic, collaborative healthcare.

• Active ND license in WA State and 5+ Years practicing.
• Experience in leading or supervising a team. Preferably, multidisciplinary healthcare teams with a focus on integrative, patient-centered care.
• Strong collaboration skills to foster a cohesive and supportive team environment.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical excellence.
• Interest and availability to work on-site in Vancouver, WA, full-time.
• Interest and ability to grow our Medical program overall.
• Confidence in developing clinical protocols.
• Strong mentorship and coaching skills.
