Headquartered in St. Louis, we provide hardware, software, and support to entertainment businesses around the world, including family entertainment centers, bowling centers, cinemas, cruise ships, and more.We're an established company with a global customer base and a continued focus on reliable technology and exceptional customer experiences.About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced NetSuite Administrator to serve as the primary point of contact for our NetSuite ERP system.This role will manage the configuration, customization, security, data integrity, reporting, workflows, integrations, and overall performance of NetSuite. You'll also work directly with executives, department managers, and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop practical system solutions.The ideal candidate understands both NetSuite technology and business processes. You should enjoy solving problems, improving workflows, analyzing data, and finding ways to make the organization more efficient.What You'll DoServe as the primary administrator and point of contact for NetSuite ERP, ensuring the system effectively supports company business processes.Configure and customize NetSuite to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.Manage users, roles, permissions, access levels, and system security.Maintain data integrity through data imports, cleanup, validation, and migration.Create and maintain workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and KPIs for executives, department managers, and key users.Use SuiteScript to develop, customize, troubleshoot, and optimize NetSuite functionality.Support NetSuite integrations with third-party applications and systems.Provide technical support and training to NetSuite users.Develop training materials, process documentation, and SOPs to support users and new-hire onboarding.Partner with executives, department managers, and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions.Analyze sales, customer support, operational, and business data to support reporting and decision-making.Identify opportunities for process improvement, workflow optimization, automation, and increased efficiency.Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.Manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize requests, and communicate project updates to stakeholders.Support NetSuite upgrades, enhancements, and new functionality while staying current with NetSuite features and best practices.What We're Looking For5+ years of professional experience administering, supporting, configuring, and/or developing solutions within NetSuite ERP.NetSuite Administrator Certification required.Strong knowledge of NetSuite architecture, administration, configuration, customization, and SuiteScript.Experience as a NetSuite Administrator, NetSuite Business Analyst, ERP Administrator, ERP Business Analyst, NetSuite Consultant, or similar role.Hands-on experience with NetSuite workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, KPIs, user roles, permissions, and security.Experience with NetSuite integrations, data management, and third-party applications.Strong ability to gather and translate business requirements into practical ERP solutions.Experience with business process analysis, workflow optimization, automation, and process improvement.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with executives, department managers, and cross-functional teams.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.Undergraduate degree in a related field required; Master's degree preferred.Ability to work 100% in office at our St. Louis, MO headquarterspensation & BenefitsIntercard offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:$105,000–$125,000 annual salary, based on experience and qualifications401(k) 6% company match with immediate vestingMedical and dental insurance with Intercard contributing 90% of the premium for employee coverageVision insurance and company-provided life, short-term disability, and long-term disability insurancePaid Time Off (PTO) accruing each pay period beginning immediately10 paid holidays per year, including one floating holidayReady to Join Us?If you're an experienced NetSuite Administrator who enjoys solving business problems, improving processes, working with data, and maximizing the capabilities of an ERP system, we'd like to hear from you.Apply today to join the Intercard team.
