Join us as a Culinary Operations Manager, where you'll oversee all Back of House operations and ensure every dish is prepared to perfection.
Pay : $55,000 - $80,000
As a Culinary Operations Manager, you will be responsible for :
- Leading the food production process while adhering to established recipes and procedures.
- Working with management to ensure compliance with employment policies and maintaining a clean, safe dining experience for guests.
- Monitoring productivity to achieve efficient food item ticket times.
- Overseeing Back of House employees' performance through evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
- Assisting in developing key team members by providing daily performance feedback during one-on-ones.
- Conducting Taste & Temp checks for inventory management and kitchen safety.
- Ensuring proper handling, maintenance, and storage of food and kitchen items.
- Practicing and managing safe food handling procedures.
- Controlling food costs, tracking waste, and overseeing kitchen labor costs.
- Creating weekly schedules and assigning tasks for Back of House staff.
- Training team members on equipment maintenance and cleaning protocols.
- Reviewing applications, interviewing, and recommending hires for Back of House positions.
