A company is looking for a Network Operations Specialist to support the rollout and operation of new telecom networks.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute test cases for new functionality launches

Configure devices and create repeatable runbooks for smooth deployments

Gather customer feedback, manage trouble tickets, and identify root causes of issues

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in cellular core network deployments

Ability to analyze cellular system network trace data and packet captures

Experience drafting methods of procedure (MOPs) and executing maintenance windows

Hands-on experience troubleshooting and resolving network outages

Familiarity with Agile practices and task management tools like Jira (preferred)
