A company is looking for a Sr MS Engineer to provide intermediate technical support and manage network services.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide client consultation and implement secure server and network environments based on security needs
Install, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot servers, networks, firewalls, and VPNs, addressing complex hardware / software issues
Communicate security policies and technology issues effectively to clients at all levels
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education :
Advanced understanding of network design and security issues
Knowledge of Cisco routers and switches; familiarity with Aruba switches is a plus
Experience with firewalls such as Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, or Fortinet
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, with others like CCNP Collaboration or CCNP Enterprise being advantageous
Basic understanding of SIP, H323 Gateways, and Expressway connectors
