Analyzesandinterpretsvarious forms ofutilization claims demographics and other data tooutline together with the marketdirectorsa network and provider outreach strategy for assigned markets. Usesa data driven approach tomaintainrelationships with provider groups in the community to support targeted initiativesthat will reducethe totalcost of carefor our patients. Reviews data and reporting with provider groups in assigned marketswith a focus on continuous process improvement for operational and clinical outcomes. Collaborates withStrivebusiness development team toidentifynew opportunities for partnership with providers in assigned markets. Drives performance ofportfolio ofpractices including meeting targets for engagement quality of care andutilization. Performance management may include sharing insights with practices supporting new clinicalworkflowsand supporting practice usage of available tools andtechnologywith the support of leadership. Ability to engage contract and manage practices inStrivesprovider incentive programs where applicable. 6 yearscombinedofrelated education experience or certification. Efficient and reliable transportation including an active drivers licenseallowingfor the ability to travel across an assigned region to meet business needs. Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds : 3.8Mbps / 3.0Mbps (up / down) : Latency Masters degree preferred;Masterscould be MHA MBA MPH MSN. Comfortable presenting to Providersand driving the conversation answeringunscripted questions and building relationships based on subject matterexpertise. Ability to review data and reporting with provider groups and use analytics to driveclinical outcomes quality improvements and operational efficiencies . Ability to identify a problem develop aplanand execute to resolution while communicating progress to stakeholders . Ability to be highly responsive to Providers and act as the single point of contact for valuable relationships . Persistencegetting toyesin the face of manynos. Outgoingsales-focusedskillset.
