Position Summary :

• This full-time position's anticipated annual base pay range is $95,000-$100,000.  Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity.
• The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target, subject to eligibility and other requirements.

• The Network Engineer is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of the organization's network infrastructure.
• This role provides technical leadership, establishes standards, and oversees network-related initiatives to ensure the stability, security, and scalability of systems.
• This role involves collaborating with and guiding network administrators in carrying out operational tasks.
• The primary focus of this position is to deliver on-site support for the New Brighton location while also providing remote support to other locations as needed.
• Responsibilities include working with cross-functional IT teams, resolving complex network issues, and leading projects to improve the organization's infrastructure.
• Occasional work outside regular business hours and travel may be required.
