Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate Accounting Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our accounts payable and vendor management processes. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining Excel templates, managing email inboxes, and answering vendor and customer inquiries. You will also oversee virtual credit card limits, ensure timely vendor payments, and documentation. Additionally, you will make 70 outbound vendor calls daily and participate in proactive virtual customer engagements.

We're looking for someone with a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in Excel, excellent communication skills, and customer centric. If you're process-driven, organized, and eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you!

The estimated hourly range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes : medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
