[job_card.job_description]High school diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid state driver license. Minimum two years experience in mechanical / industrial maintenance or equivalent combination of education, training, and / or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Experience with door repairs, tile installation, drywall installation, and painting area plus. Physical requirements include lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 100 pounds. Must possess the mental and physical capacities necessary to perform the primary job duties, including climbing and working at heights of up to 130 feet, crawling, and working in confined spaces. Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, stoop, and twist. Once certified, operate attractions, forklift, Bobcat, air compressor, diagnostic equipment, and power tools, etc. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Bilingual is a plus. Ability to comprehend data contained in handbooks, safety regulations, operating and maintenance instructions. Must be able to trouble-shoot clearly, calmly, and safely in the presence of Guests and fellow Team Members. Must be able to work outdoors, and may be required to work evenings, weekends, and / or holidays as needed. May be required to travel to other Boomers locations.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing maintenance and repairs for Boomers facility.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for performing routine inspections.
- Perform, preventative maintenance on various equipment including attractions.
- Maintain, erect, repair and troubleshoot various attractions.
- Respond to calls for maintenance checks and attractions shutdowns;diagnose mechanical concernsandperform repairs in a timely, efficient, and safe manner.
- Remove and / or replace worn or defective parts using hand and / or power tools.
- Document information in designated logbooksfor completion of inspections, corrective action, and / or repairs made.
- Must be able to work efficiently and manage time without direct supervision.
- Must work safely in accordance with OSHA Standards and Company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
