Graduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 10+ years of experience in the managed care industry (Medicaid, Medicare, Marketplace). Expertise in network management and public policy. Experience in implementing new programs (inpatient / outpatient). Knowledge of behavioral health configuration and billing guides. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
Join Our Team as a Senior Program Management Professional!
We are seeking a skilled Program Director to manage and oversee internal business projects and programs. You will lead cross-functional teams of subject matter experts to deliver products successfully from design to completion while ensuring effective project management practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and direct project schedules and budgets, monitoring progress from inception to delivery.
- Engage and oversee external vendors as necessary to meet project goals.
- Directly manage staff and cross-functional resources, with guidance from AVP and VP as needed.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in your functional area, guiding programs to address critical needs.
- Identify and escalate gaps or barriers in implementation to senior management.
- Develop consultative methodologies for business cases and coordinate the implementation of business strategies.
- Facilitate collaboration with other corporate units and Molina Plans.
