LaSante Health Center is seeking a Part-time Neurologist to provide outpatient neurological care in a community health setting one day / week.

Responsibilities :

Evaluate and manage neurological conditions

Interpret diagnostic tests and develop treatment plans

Collaborate with primary care teams for coordinated care

Educate patients on condition management

Maintain EHR documentation

Qualifications :

MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Neurology

New York State medical license (or eligibility)

Outpatient experience preferred
