Job Description

In your new role you will :

• Project Leadership : Lead R&D backend operations to ensure efficient product development
• Workflow Optimization : Reduce cycle times and optimize workflows to minimize project costs
• Debugging Support : Create and maintain bench setups for simple product debugging and checkout
• Qualification Planning : Document qualification requirements and develop qualification plans for robust product development
• Production Ramp Support : Work with factory operations teams to ensure smooth production ramp-up of new products

Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate :

Bachelor's Degree Minimum of $63,840.00 salary per year

Maximum of $79,800.00 salary per year

Master's Degree Minimum of $74,560.00 salary per year

Maximum of $93,200.00 salary per year

In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.

This position is not currently eligible for new H-1B sponsorship.
