As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will have the chance to create memorable experiences for our customers by guiding them through each step of their CarMax journey. Your role is essential in providing support during the buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless experience. What you will do - Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers throughout their journey, from facilitating appraisals and test drives to arranging financing applications.
• Conduct comprehensive vehicle condition assessments, collecting and communicating vital information for customer appraisals.
• Receive and check in vehicles shipped to CarMax, ensuring daily scanning and reconciliation of inventory.
• Perform cosmetic inspections to guarantee vehicles meet CarMax Quality Standards.
• Handle various administrative tasks, including printing reports, maintaining transaction paperwork, liaising with finance companies, and managing cash / payment processes.
• Create service appointments and ensure accuracy in repair order invoices for retail service work.
