Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a top-notch customer experience by assisting clients in selecting the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage customers on the showroom floor and assist them in finding their ideal vehicle.
  • Understand and evaluate customer needs to provide tailored vehicle solutions.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations, explaining features and benefits clearly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure inventory is well-presented and customers are informed.
  • Assist customers with financing options, including making arrangements with finance specialists.
  • Follow up with potential customers and maintain an organized database of leads.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge, market trends, and dealership promotions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership goals.
  • Process and finalize sales transactions in accordance with company policies and regulations.
  • Attend training sessions and meetings to maintain knowledge of new products and sales techniques.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus. Proven experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing role preferred. Strong sales aptitude and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport with customers and provide outstanding service. Knowledge of vehicle features and the automotive industry. Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales software. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
