About the Role

As an Automotive Sales Consultant at CarMax, you will have the opportunity to enrich our customers' experiences by guiding them through every step of their CarMax journey. Your role will be pivotal in providing outstanding support and ensuring a smooth purchasing process for customers buying and selling cars. Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service by guiding customers throughout their entire journey, from sales to appraisals and financing applications.
Conduct thorough vehicle assessments, collecting and documenting information for customer appraisals.
Receive and check in vehicles delivered to CarMax, ensuring daily scanning and accurate inventory reconciliation.
Perform cosmetic inspections to confirm all vehicles meet CarMax's Quality Standards.
Handle various administrative tasks including maintaining accurate transaction paperwork, contacting finance companies, and auditing completed documents.
Schedule service appointments and review repair orders to ensure precise billing documentation.
