A company is looking for a New Business Implementation Consultant to manage payroll onboarding for US clients and collaborate across teams in a fully remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the onboarding and activation phase for assigned U.S. projects, ensuring successful go-lives
Serve as the primary implementation point of contact for customers, guiding them through discovery, configuration, training, and launch readiness
Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to align on project scope, expectations, and manage onboarding timelines and risks
Required Qualifications
Experience managing multiple, complex technological implementation and onboarding projects simultaneously
Strong track record of delivering successful implementation projects with high ownership and accountability
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
Intellectual agility to quickly learn new products and tools
Experience developing and delivering onboarding and training materials
