POSITION DESCRIPTION
TITLE : Unit Director (F)
PERFORMANCE
PROFILE SOURCE : Management Professional
DEPARTMENT : Operations
REPORTS TO : Chief of Operations
Salary
- Must have 120 college credit hours - 24 credit hours must be in child related courses
Position Summary : The Unit Director is directly responsible for the overseeing of operations and programs for a Club or branch within a multi-unit organization; facilities and budget management; staff development; supervision of assigned staff and program volunteers;. Qualification Requirements : Knowledge Demonstrated knowledge of the principles and practices related to : Management of Club operations Community relations

Experience A minimum of three (3) years work experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar experience in organizational planning and supervision of activities based on the developmental needs of youth. Must have considerable knowledge of the policies, program and procedures of Boys & Girls Clubs, or of the principles and practices of similar nonprofit organizations.
