Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a NOC Technician for one of our large telecommunications clients. Primary responsibility will be break/fix and assisting with network migration efforts. Opens trouble tickets and works the repair of management network element connectivity with field operations, and other work groups. Knowledge of Ethernet routers / switches. Able to follow MOPs, anticipate problems, and take corrective action proactively. Understands and researches technical issues through vendor documentation. Understands telecom, network topology and repair procedures. Works with minimal supervision in NOC environment.Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of recent Telecom NOC experience (no contract hoppers)Nice to Have Skills & Experience
