Position Description: Our mission is to transform health through medically supervised care that integrates sustainable weight management, hormone optimization, advanced nutrition, and lifestyle optimization — empowering patients to achieve balance and lasting vitality.
Transform your career, transform your life!
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Lead Medical Provider (LMP) to join our team. The LMP plays a critical role in evaluating and managing patient health, ensuring suitability for Options’ medically supervised weight management and hormone optimization programs, and guiding patients toward sustainable health outcomes. This role includes performing health assessments, prescribing treatments, and leading patient care within the clinic. The LMP will work closely with the Clinic Manager as part of a dyad leadership team, aligning clinical care with operational goals to optimize patient outcomes and clinic success.

  • Diagnose and manage metabolic, hormonal, and cardiometabolic conditions using evidence-based protocols within scope of practice.

  • Prescribe and manage FDA-approved weight management medications and hormone therapies in accordance with state regulations and company guidelines.
  • Provide ongoing patient follow-up and personalized health coaching, reinforcing metabolic health, hormone balance, nutrition, lifestyle modification, and long-term adherence to care plans.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Serve as the senior clinical resource within the clinic, ensuring consistency in treatment planning, documentation standards, and quality of care.
  • Partner with the Clinic Manager in a dyad leadership model to align clinical care with operational goals, patient retention, and overall clinic performance.
  • Support overall clinic operations and patient flow as needed to maintain efficiency and service standards.
  • Participate in training, skill validation, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain alignment with company clinical standards and patient engagement strategies.
  • Provide feedback to clinic leadership to drive continuous improvement in patient experience and operational efficiency.
  • Support overall clinic operations and patient flow as needed to maintain efficiency and service standards.
Desired Skills: • Ability to confidently integrate hormone therapy, pharmacologic weight management, and nutraceutical supplementation into comprehensive treatment plans.• Comfort operating in a consultation-based, performance-driven clinical environment. • 5 to 7+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant preferred.
  • Experience in retail healthcare, cash-pay, or consultation-based clinical environments strongly preferred.
  • Experience in men’s health, women’s health, longevity, or preventative health settings preferred.
  • Experience in medical weight management, obesity medicine, primary care, endocrinology, hormone therapy, or related clinical settings.
  • Knowledge of metabolic health, insulin resistance, cardiometabolic risk factors, and hormone optimization therapies.
  • Experience managing testosterone therapy or other hormone replacement protocols preferred.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based pharmacologic weight management treatments.
