Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Registered Nurse RN Infection Control/Educator to join our team at Willow Terrace Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of patient care and preventing the spread of infections in our facility. RN Infection Control/Educator Key Responsibilities:
Infection Control: Develop, implement, and maintain infection control policies and procedures to prevent and control infectious diseases in our facility.
Educator: Provide education and training to staff members on infection control practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Assessment and identification: Conduct thorough assessments of patients and residents to identify potential infection control risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
