Pediatrix® Medical Group is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, new graduate or experienced, to join a highly respected neonatal practice at Lakeland Regional Health, one of Florida's premier healthcare centers.Why This Opportunity Stands OutYou'll practice in the only Level III NICU in the region, housed within a stateoftheart Women and Children's Pavilion designed to support the most fragile patients and the clinicians who care for them.Practice Highlights

• Level III NICU with 30 private rooms
• Average daily census of 25 NICU patients
• Approximately 4,500 annual deliveries
• Attend highrisk deliveries and provide coverage in a 30bed wellbaby nursery
• 24hour shifts, averaging 7-8 shifts per month for excellent worklife balance
• Collaborative team of 4 neonatologists and 4 NNPs
• Onsite MFM support, pediatric surgeons, and multiple pediatric subspecialties affiliated with Nemours

Qualifications

• Current APRN national specialty certification as an NNP
• Minimum of a master's degree
