This Nurse Manager Outpatient role is supported by assistant nurse managers, charge RNs, educators, and clinical coordinators to ensure strong coverage for staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and education. Typical responsibilities for the RN Outpatient Manager include operational leadership for multiple clinics, budget stewardship, accreditation readiness, policy development, infection prevention alignment, care standardization, patient flow optimization, triage oversight, and service recovery.
