The Nurse Manager will assist the Director, Clinical Services, and the Manager, Patient Quality, in managing, coordinating, and maintaining an efficient, productive Hospice program.The Hospice Nurse manager is a member of the Interdisciplinary team and performs all assignments with honesty, integrity, and care, promoting Friendship Village's mission, vision, and values.

Job Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) degree required. BSN degree preferred.
• Hospice experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hospice regulatory requirements is both current and evolving.
• Basic knowledge of the Microsoft operating system and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities at the same time.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
• Fosters an environment honoring patient preferences and choices.
