Saad Healthcare Service's home health program is growing rapidly, and an experienced highly motivated nurse is needed to fill the role of Nursing Supervisor. This is a full-time position in our main office in Mobile, AL. WORKING 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. NO Week End Work Required.

The Nursing Supervisor coordinates, directs, and supervises patient care management in order to provide comprehensive patient care. You will be responsible for a team of multidiscipline professionals who provide patient care. Specifically, you will be responsible for:
You will be accountable to the Director of Nursing.
You must have a current valid Registered Nurse license and have at least five years' experience in clinical care in a health care setting, including managerial experience. Home Health or Hospice experience a Plus!!!!
You must have excellent nursing skills, possess a high level of initiative, be responsible, and have good communication skills. You must also possess managerial capabilities and have the ability to work well with others.
