We are looking for a high-performing Territory Sales Manager to drive business growth and build lasting relationships with growers, distributors, and agricultural partners throughout the Fresno region and surrounding Central Valley.

What You’ll Do

• Grow sales within assigned territory by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Partner with growers, retailers, distributors, crop advisors, and other agricultural professionals to deliver innovative plant nutrition solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve sales and revenue goals.
• Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and customer presentations.
• Provide technical product knowledge and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and customer activity using CRM software.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive products, and market opportunities.
• Represent the company at trade shows, field days, and industry events.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Agronomy, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 3 or more years of outside sales experience in agriculture, crop nutrition, crop protection, and fertilizer, with a focus on bio-stimulants, biopesticides, complex and chelated micronutrients, soil amendments, microbial inoculants, and water-soluble or liquid NKP fertilizers.
• Strong understanding of California agriculture and specialty crop production is a plus.
• Proven ability to build relationships, generate new business, and close sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
