Join an established women's health practice in the Twin Cities that continues to grow alongside patient demand. This full-scope OB/GYN opportunity offers the stability of an employed position today with a pathway to partnership for physicians interested in long-term practice ownership.

Practice Overview

• Join an established women's health team adding an OB/GYN due to growth
• Employed position with partnership track available
• Full-scope OB/GYN practice
• Most surgical procedures performed in an ambulatory surgery center
• Opportunity to build a long-term practice within a growing organization

Schedule & Call

• 1:7 call rotation
• Home call with a 30-minute response time
• Additional compensation available for extra call coverage
• Mix of clinic and OR time
• ASC-based surgical workflow
• Schedule flexibility based on experience and clinical interests

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary with productivity incentives
• Negotiable sign-on bonus
• Malpractice coverage with tail included
• Comprehensive medical benefits
• $5,000 CME allowance

Candidate Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
• Comfortable with full-scope OB/GYN practice
