  • In the back office in the MA role you will assist patients with navigating the workers compensation system, perform drug screen collection, breath/alcohol testing, pulmonary function testing, TB testing, vaccinations, spirometry, EKGs, and audiograms.

  • Process paperwork and work through the workers compensation process, including initiating, processing, and communicating with sureties and specialists pertaining to referrals.

  • You will also work and be crossed trained in front office duties by our patient services reps.

  • You will also have the opportunity to become certified in drug testing collection, breath/alcohol testing, and pulmonary function testing.

  • An ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish or have a medical interpreter certification.

  • You will have experience with providing a high level of customer/patient service as well as a high level of compassion and have an understanding of workers compensation as it pertains to occupational medicine.

  • You will be open and honest and enjoy providing feedback and solutions to resolve problems.

  • You will enjoy learning and have strong time management and prioritizing skills.

If you are looking for an opportunity to work with a wonderful team, be able to challenge yourself each day, and learn a unique system then this is the position for you!

Work Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week, Mondays - Fridays, around the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm.

  • Once fully trained, a 4-day 9 or 10 hour shift work week may be an option depending on staffing and patient volumes and is discussed in advance.

  • The position will ideally work 1 day in Boise, 2 days in Nampa, and 2 days in Caldwell.
