Namy Physical Therapy in Port St. Lucie, FL is seeking a dedicated and enthusiast Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist at Namy Physical Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and help individuals achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life through therapeutic interventions.
Position Summary :
The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing patients' functional abilities, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing interventions to improve their daily living skills and facilitate a safe return to activities of daily living. The Occupational Therapist will work closely with other members of the rehabilitation team to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine patients' specific needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
