About the Position

AlliedTravelCareers is working with Jackson Therapy Partners to find a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Huntington Park, California, 90255!

You will work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active California PTA license or license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred. Client notes indicate primarily orthopedic caseload; no pelvic or wheelchair-bound caseload expected.
• Comfort providing one-on-one patient care. The clinic assigns PTs for initial evaluations; PTA will perform follow-ups and progress reports.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload. Typical daily patient load is approximately 16–18 patients per day.
• Experience treating a broad age range from teens to geriatrics preferred.
• Resume required for consideration.
