We are looking for a Warranty Administrator to join us immediately. Preferred candidates have general accounting knowledge. Warranty experience will be required. Successful candidates are collaborative but can also work diligently on their own.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Book warranty repair orders
• Manufacturer warranty claim submission and follow up
• Service contract claim submission and follow up
• Maintain receivables schedules
• Work closely with a team of technicians service writers and supervisors
