  • Provide outstanding customer service : smile and greet patients
  • Check-in / Check-out; schedule and confirm patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Maintain Appointment book by following up on no show or cancelled appointments and going through recall list for unscheduled patients
  • Verify patient eligibility for dental insurances (PPO & Medical). Get benefit breakdowns for PPO
  • Proficient in using dental office software such as Open Dental
  • Assist with collecting co-payment for patient balances
  • Maintain a clean patient waiting area and front desk
  • Assist with administrative assignments as directed by the Front office lead
  • Participate and support marketing initiatives for recalls and new patient growth
  • Knows back office as well
