Temporary Cleaner Position

Hiring now for a temporary cleaner position in a high-security office building located in Norfolk, VA (ZIP 23523). This is a full-time role with shift hours Monday to Friday from 7 : 15am to 4 : 00pm. The cleaner provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area. Pay is $15.00 per hour, paid weekly. Basic qualifications include : being at least 18 years of age, no experience required, and no high school diploma, GED, or college degree required. Preferred qualifications include customer service experience and one year of similar work experience. Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining buildings / facilities, following procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, notifying the manager concerning the need for repairs, establishing effective communication with clients and coworkers, complying with all safety, security, and quality standards, and performing incidental seasonal tasks. A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
