JOB SUMMARY
Support program operations including administrative responsibilities such as supervising administrative / billing staff, reports, ordering supplies, data entry, billing report tracking, filing, phones, and sorting mail.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support program operations, record-keeping systems, forms control, office needs, and administrative performance and communications.
- Act as liaison to property management, vendors, and corporate departments.
- Facilitate reimbursements, invoice and check request tracking, petty cash custodian. Log receipt of incoming checks and / or cash, account deposits through designated channels.
- Screen calls, departmental communication, and administrative duties.
- Greet, receive, and assist visitors and callers.
- Aid general program operation including errands, office supplies inventory, ordering, and responsibility for office equipment maintenance.
- Enter data, such as demographics, history and extent of disease, diagnostic procedures and treatment.
- Maintain confidentiality of client’s care.
- Participate in scheduled program meetings.
